Refund & Rescheduling Policy

Thank you for booking with Pro Outfitting LLC. Please review our terms before completing your purchase.

All Sales Are Final

All bookings are non-refundable. Once a trip is confirmed and paid, the purchase is final unless cancellation is required by Pro Outfitting LLC due to guide illness, equipment failure, or other unavoidable internal issues.

No-Show & Late Arrival Policy

Clients who arrive late or fail to appear for their scheduled trip forfeit the booking without refund. We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes early to ensure a smooth departure.

Rescheduling Policy

Trips run rain or shine.

If unsafe weather or water conditions (e.g., lightning, extreme wind, flooding) prevent a trip from being safely conducted, rescheduling may be offered at the guide’s discretion, subject to availability.

Clients may request to reschedule with at least 14 days’ notice. Requests made within 14 days of the scheduled trip are not guaranteed.

Weather & Safety

We do not offer refunds due to weather-related delays, shortened trips, or unfavorable conditions (e.g., light rain or heat).

Our top priority is safety — the final call on weather or water safety is always made by the guide.
